Fear of God

In one of my Biomedical Circuit home-works, the professor asked us to make a current variable electricity generator. The purpose of that homework is to understand a save electricity range for medical equipments. He asked us to try the generator to our body in order to know the current level that our body starts to feel.

The funniest moment in making this circuit was the time when we wanted to try a finished work. Everyone was so afraid and careful in trying it. All of us know that electricity can kill people. However, that doesn’t mean that we better not use electricity. We need to learn how to treat electricity and how to use it in a save way.

God is holy and powerful. His standard of holiness is the same when He banishes Adam and Eve out of Eden, because of eating the wrong fruit. His holiness is the same when He killed a priest because the priest got into the most holy place with not enough holiness. Sometimes we think that since Jesus has made us able to see God, then God has decreased His holiness standard. Sometimes we think that God is too holy to reach. Both of those thinking made us have a distant to God.

We need to learn how to respect His being, His holiness, His greatness, and His power. Thus we can work in his greatness and enjoy His being.
