From one of my families in Christ in Germany, I learned that here kids in school are taught about solving conflicts independently without teachers [1][2][3]. In my opinion, this is a very useful life skill. Therefore, here I want to share it in two languages (English and Indonesian).
Of course, life problems are often more complicated than this. What did happened can not always be explained. The number of involving people often plays a role in the decision. The emotion that arises in us is often affected by many aspects (such as our hope, our values, our background, the trust of each other, etc.). Nonetheless, I hope this concept can help with some of your conflicts.
