A Story about Grape Trees

I looked the trees around the EE building. The trees were maintained. The branches were cut, so the trees will not grow too big. At that time, God remind me to a story about a grape tree.

In a vineyard, there were many trees. One of the trees was famous because it produced big and sweet fruits. One day there was a little tree planted beside the famous tree. The little tree was very excited about the new place. The little tree was busily asking to the famous tree, “What is the secret of producing a big and sweet fruits?” The famous tree answered, “Surrender”. The little tree confused and felt disappointed with the answer.
One day there was electric saw sound in the garden. All of the trees shouted out that every tree should close their leaves, with the intention that only a few branches would be cut by the electric saw. (This electric saw was there to cut all leaves and branches which have a probability for a disease and pest, even though there was only a little probability). At that time, the famous tree said to the little tree, “Now is the time to surrender”. The little tree saw the famous tree open all leaves and branches, so the all the disease and pest shown. The little tree was confused of what it should do. With full of worries and fears, the little tree open all its leaves and branches. Many leaves and branches were cut and the tree looked ugly at that time. But, at the end both of the trees produces big and sweet fruits.
This story might be weird. But, with this story God remind me to not run from every process that God have for us.

After having the experience in living in a four season country, I realized how inaccurate the story setting is. Therefore, I change the story to a tropical country setting here: https://ivannatimotius.blogspot.com/2019/01/the-story-of-mango-trees.html
