Stay: Do not give up

I've been thinking of one line in the film Kungfu Panda (2008):
Po: Yeah, I stayed. I stayed because everytime you threw a brick at my head or said I smelled; it hurt, but it could never hurt more than everyday of my life just being me.
Sometimes the reason we stay in a path of our life is not because we believe that we can reach something. Sometimes it is simply because the other option of our life hurt more.

Let's look at the life of Po in the film Kungfu Panda. What makes his life difficult? If he goes back home, he has a bright future as a noodle seller:
Po: Maybe I should just quit and go back to make noodles.
His vegetarian noodle is good and famous. If he goes back home, he might also have more time with his family (Mr. Ping). I think the reason behind Po hurting feeling is his life vision. He loves kungfu. He might dream about kungfu all the time. But, he knows that it was almost impossible for a panda to learn kungfu. Many people at that time agreed that it is useless for a panda to put effort in learning kungfu.

Our life visions drive us to reach something in our life. However, there might be a time that our life visions hurt our self. Even though it might hurt, we should be grateful for our life vision. If Po has never had the dream and the passion, he might not be able to stay (and be the Dragon Warrior).
